Kenneth Lam, President

Kenneth Lam, Co-founder and President of United's Group, where Mr. Lam engaged in all aspects of operations in armored car division, courier division, logistic, marketing, strategic planning and government liaison.

Upon graduation from Central Pacific Bank's management trainee program, Mr. Lam joined the bank's International Banking Division where he specialized in Japan's market. Mr. Lam finally left his passionate international banking to start United Courier Services, Inc. in an effort to continue his century old family's legacy in entrepreneurship rooted in Singapore and Indonesia.

Under Mr. Lam's leadership, United Courier Services, Inc. has grown from a garage operation into a chain of  successful businesses - United Armored Car Services in 1996;  Honu Equity Partners in 2010 and United Armory Company in 2014. Each business has become a major player in its own right no matter is in private or public sector. In 2014, Mr. Lam has designed a State of Hawaii's approved training curriculum for security personnel and training facility. Mr. Lam is a major supporter of mentoring youngsters and has developed Ike Kumu Turnaround Scholarship and Award. Mr. Lam holds a B.B.A degree in Finance from University of Hawaii at Manoa's Shilder School of Business, a M.B.A from Chaminade University with distinction and a NRA firearm trainer license.

Mark Paulino-Senior Administrative Manager

Mr. Mark Paulino is the Senior Administrative Manager overseeing company overall training programs and procurement. Mr. Paulino is responsible for stockholders and clients relationships where he gains impeccable reputation for his wide array of expertise.

Mr Paulino joined the company since its inception in 1990. He started as a courier responsible for the State of Hawaii's I.C.S.D contract. Since then, he actively involved in the development of United Armored Car Services and United ATM Services. To say the least, Mr. Paulino is a rainmaker. 

    Mr. Paulino enjoys Marathon running and obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in                          Anthropology from the University of Hawaii, Manoa and a licensed NRA Firearm Trainer            credential.  


Erwynne Kalima-Oahu Operation

Erwynne Kalima joined United Armored as an armed courier since 2011 and worked his way up the corporate ladder. On March 2019, he is promoted to the Operation Manager in charge of Oahu Island overseeing the operations and risk management.

Prior to joining the company, Erwynne was in the United States Marine Corps doing extensive reconnaissance work across South America from Columbia to Brazil and engaged in covert operation as government sub-contractor as well as white-collar investigation for Tommy Hilfiger, H&M etc. after honorable discharged from the Corps.

During his tenure, Erwynne demonstrates significant experience of providing real-time managerial supports to crew and clients. With his calm demeanor and humor, he leads many visionary projects into reality.


Michael Moromisato-Hawaii Island Operation

Michael Moromisato is the Regional Manager overseeing the Island of Hawaii's operation. He has been with the company soon after its inception in 1990. In 1995, Mr. Moromisato was the lead negotiator/liason to solidify deals with Honolulu Cellular Company and other major companies. Mr. Moromisato has also led the company expanded into the neighbor island markets. Mr. Moromisato is a turnaround specialist who specialized in crisis management and operation integration.  

Mr. Moromisato holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from University of Hawaii at Manoa and a passionate paddler. He represented the company to compete in Kamehameha Canoe Club's Business Canoe Race and won awards since 2010.

Walton Wong-Maui and Molokai Operations

Walton Wong is the operation manager of Maui and Molokai branches by day and a devoted musician by night. Walton is involved in supervising, planning and overseeing the entire operation on the Maui and Molokai markets. Before joining United in 2015, Walton was a management trainee with a renowned car rental company and held various positions in hospitality and security industries. As an adage goes “heat and beating make iron becomes steel.” Walton has demonstrated strong ability in self-improvement with limited resources in harsh environment. His professionalism, enthusiasm and modesty given his background is a true inspirational role model for young executives.  

  Armil Bugarin-Kauai Operation (training)

Armil Burgarin serves as operation manager on the island of Kauai where he oversees the entire operation and its growth. Currently, he is in charge of operation integration from our longtime partner and friend, the Hanchett‘s family who was our independent contractor for three decades. Armil is expected to explore and develop this rapid but subtle emerging market. Since beginning his United career in 2016, Armil had demonstrated his management aspiration and bring energy and new idea to the armored car division. Prior to United, Armil had served various positions in retails and customer service in Hawaii after studying at the University of Phoenix.
